Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken - Vol. 9 Ch. 43 - To the Human Kingdom

Slimes usually are immortal creatures on fantasy stories, on the sense that they can live forever. But they're not invulnerable, far from It actually, they're famed as the "weakest" monster because they usually are very fragile.
But Rimuru got some super OP skills from "eating" Veldora, as well as a huge boost on It's overall physical capabilities and magical power from receiving a name from It. After that It only kept getting stronger from every monster It ate, specially the Orc Disaster and the Charybdis. So at this point, considering how fast It regenerates, I think that unless It picks a fight with someone MUCH stronger than It, Rimuru should be pretty much immortal. o:

ballpark estimate, the current translation of the novel (not sure which, the one further along) is at ch.240, and is probably ... 80-100 chapters further than this? it's not a linear exchange rate.

Ok. I just got the latest LN Volume which is LN3 and it ends with them about to take Charybdis so the current story is pretty much caught up and HOLY SHIT is the manga incredibly good in how it matches up to the LN. The LN is much more fleshed out, but the manga is damn a perfect retelling and much more superior to the WN as it has content missing from there such as Treyni the Dryad appearing much earlier during the Orc Lord event and the entire Charybdis event which is completely absent from the WN. It also explains where Rimuru got the honey from that he used to pacify Milim and the entire Demon Lord conference between her Callion/Karion, Frey, and Clayman was also expanded showing each of their viewpoints on what's happening.

Damn, when he realized what Milim has been going through, it's definitely sad that she herself is alone for 2000 years+.

@kur0g4m1 We can probably just call Rimuru he/him. He might be rocking a genderless body right now but he still has the same mind as when he was a human male. If anyone would be used to being treated like a dude, it's someone who had over 30 years of experiencing such.

One benifit of a rimiru in the party, you can get away with poking literally all the monster nests.

What is up with Kabal and poking giant insect nests? Will he ever learn to leave them alone? =P

love how the author lulls you into happy fuzzy feelings and then decides to "hey you know lets use pathos" to give weight to every lil fuzzy part

Why would they sell the potions for the same amount as others of the same quality?? Doesn't that miss the point of it being a specialty? If you can make more of a product for less money than other competitors then you would be able to sell it cheaper. If it's cheaper than your competitors then you would get more customers. Why would someone buy your product when your competitors are selling it for the same amount?
