Why does the first chapter strike all of the isekai tropes?

1-) Truck-kun.
2-) Overworked salaryman MC.
3-) "I want to live a quiet life."
4-) Fantasy world cultural and social equivalent of Medieval Europe.
5-) Medieval Europe's aristocratic system.
6-) Meeting Gods/Goddesses.
7-) OP Ancient Magic, duh.


This could get boring really fast.
