Ok, hol' up, I've seen plenty of tomboy's/bifauxnen's in manga before, but bushy brows over there is straight up just a guy drawn wearing in a skirt.

Ah yes, the "I'm good at everything, why? Because the plot demands it!" character. Usually I hate characters like this with a passion, as they are an incredibly cheap trope (though also usually not the MC for obvious reasons), but I've heard that this manga is supposed to be good, so we'll see. I wonder if the final panel is foreshadowing the classic tragic backstory, misleading translation or simply supposed to be part of her weird out of nowhere sadism streak.

Besides that: an actual, serious action manga with a female MC and a probably mostly female cast that isn't borderline hentai in terms of artstyle and characters!? AND ALSO DOESN'T HAVE A ROMANCE/YURI TAG!!!!!!!!!? Is this even allowed!? I didn't think it possible. Truly one in a million! I'd be surprised if you could even get a top three together fitting that description.
