Textbook of Revenge

Did the person writing the description have a stroke partway through?
Kurose Ryotaro is a high school student who dreams of becoming a teacher. He admires his teacher, Mr. Shiratori, and is subjected to severe bullying.
One day, he is told on the roof by the bullies, who are afraid that their bullying will be exposed. ''Will you kill yourself before your bullying is exposed?''
And. The situation that he couldn't believe his eyes made Kurose step away from the upset... 'Hey, sir. Even so, can't I just do it again?
Like, the first two-thirds, alright, thought I think the bullies quote has some incorrect pronouns (i.e. "before our bullying is exposed"?)
But then what is this last part even..."step away from the upset"? Just a single, standalone "And."? Do what again, exactly?

The Japanese text, for comparison, for those who want a stab at a better translation:

Looking at the raws, recognising only common anime words and certain kanji, it's already very interesting!
