From the description alone, this one sounds like a magnet for ero-doujinshi.
Anyways, some critique: the first chapter overall looks clutter-y, maybe because of the artstyle and paneling, the amount of infodump and exposition, or the choice of fonts and typeset, or all of them. Hoping for an improvement in the next chapters.
