You are probably right and I do not have any evidence to dispute your claim.

Interesting tidbit though: The light novel/web novel (means the same thing on SFACG), actually titled the series "After Taken as a Prisoner of War, the Vampire Queen Turned Me Into a Vampire and Made Me Her Daughter" when it first started and it only renamed itself to "The Blood Princess and the Knight" afterwards. So I believe the writing isn't matching the titular character... because, at that time, the titular character is Ji Bai...
