Again if Isekai blondie doesn't turn out to have been forced and/or brainwashed then I've lost all hope for this series.

I'm giving you a chance author so prove you're better than that.

Because if they seriously have a character who's inner monologues we saw do a complete 180 on her personality and turn evil for the sake of a twist ... then the series is complete junk and meaningless because anyone could do anything at any time and their personalities don't actually matter if they can change on a whim like this.

But I'm giving the author the benefit of the doubt to reveal a good reason for this.

Mind you it doesn't change the fact it's a stupid STUPID twist ... but it's passable as long as it has a better reason than "she was lying all along even in her own internal monologues".

Her leaving the room an enemy but then somehow winding up unconscious. No physical signs of being "dealt with" or knocked out.
Sounds like a classic case of Fictional Split Personality Disorder.

Perhaps Tofu, the author/artist, is pulling a page from Villainess Isekai and she is, at her core, evil, but her new reincarnation personality is screwing with her morality.
Maybe even a little bit of Xenogears character(s) Fei, and counterpart, ID.

I'm kind of disappointed with the direction the plot is taking, some things just don't make sense, as it was pointed in other comments. Hope it gets better bc i really like FL and even more the ML.

@Metazoxan If I had to guess I'd say she incarnated on an existing and alive person, so the personalities conflict with each other. Of course, that's still a hard explanation, because, she did approach miss Nan consciently, and then used her future knowledge to impress her, and she did brag about being able to do that, so it's not like both personalities are separated. I don't know how the author is going to explain this, but, no matter how, it's still a big side story that has no connection to the main story, the revenge, so it's pure filler.
