The story is fine but the chapters are short, the credit pages taking up half the releases. With the chapters so short, why is the update speed so slow? It should be pretty easy to catch up to the source material if the translator wanted...

I'm not meaning to sound ungrateful. I do appreciate the hard work being put into this. It's just painful to read with the releases being so small.

I might be wrong. However, I have read a lot of Chinese history based manga, but I never heard a story where a merchant family marry more then one wife. I thought only the emperor and noble families can have a Harlem (number of wifes is based on rank of the family). Sure a merchant head could have a side chick, but to marry another wife without a noble title should be impossible, since the merchant’s family is still a Commoner.
