The empress dowager had an affair. No wonder she's protective of the feudal lords. That's good enough of a reason to have her be executed. Hopefully mc can expose this illicit affair in the future.
@maddery even though I dislike the Empress Dowager, I’m strongly against having her killed for that reason. I know, it’s ancient China and stuff, but her husband is dead, and I support the idea that she can do whatever the f she wants. By today’s standards I don‘t see anything wrong with her behavior
@DestinyFate No can't do. She is living in ancient time and thus must adhere to their rules. Besides she already killed an innocent person, so why not use the illicit affair as excuse to execute her. Chinese authors aren't that soft when it comes to punishment.
