Guys Yukiko is not dead - as he always takes trophy in the form of victim head. He just used his powers and blocked her other senses so she can only hear and he left her on piles of dead bodies in this state. Why?
Well he is pretty much sociopath self called god so he will torture her why letting her hear how he hurts Makoto (he uses her phone to bait him, so he will try something in the elevator) and finish her later. Or we will call "Police" and they standard clean up procedure is to burn bodies.

But he doesn't know that Makoto can order dummies and he will probably lose by underestimating both Makoto and Yukiko.
