@TheBigMonk Since all the pages of this manga are black, that is usually, if not always, used for flashback chapters, I will say that all of this is literally Nishimura looking at a memory album while telling her children(s) all that happened when they were young, with Takada dying from embarrassment as she does that... Or maybe he still stays an idiot chad and it's him telling his children(s) while Nishimura dies of embarrassment
