The "Completed Read" Tag/Status don't mark "Read" when a new chapter is added

When a new chapter is added, don't mark it as "Read"
It's new, I haven't read it
Especially if it's an omake chapter,
or in another language

I read the Planned Feature, I'm sorry if this have been mentioned and I missed it

it makes it so reuploads don't go into your follows

It will still be in my "Completed" tag/tab, I just don't want it to automatically be "Mark as Read"
