@Salfaro Because she told him about it being an otome game, and because he trusts her, he can perceive things that normally he couldn't. It's why the both of them can recognize Alicia as being of noble blood and see the CG effect. If she had told anyone else they likely wouldn't have believed her, and thus they wouldn't be able to see things the way she does regardless if she told them or not.
