@SuperRobotSolo quite normal for early chapters of a manga to have art that's slightly scuffed. it's just that sometimes the change can be a lot more drastic than others due to the mangaka being new at drawing at serialization pace (eg see Ujiie Tozen's work before SYD https://mangadex.org/title/5992/imouto-wa-shishunki )

"drawing at leisure" is a lot more different than "drawing with a deadline", especially for weeklies.
