@Acolytus as much as a person can look and act meek, there is always something in the back of people's minds that think of doing violence unto those who wronged them. There are sayings such as "look out for the quiet ones" and don't corner a mouse into a corner or else they will bite back". Considering Duke's circumstances, I am surprised that his feelings on the person who cursed him hasn't been brought up as much.
