@leusee Sure. It just won't be the most effective or accurate thing ever, nor will it last for too long. It might be dangerous for the operator as well, if used as a gun, not as a trap. Caliber might be the most challenging thing, though, because hardware store steel pipes aren't exactly made with the inner diameters matching any bullet diameters.
