The Fable - Vol. 6 Ch. 59 - The Story of a Knife...

I'm glad they addressed this. A assassin like Akira would never last in current era on the grounds that he is a prodigy born too late when technology has made his skill obsolete.

I'm glad the author went halfway through with the "job".
Mc cares for the girl, but not an idiot to jump into his own death. Also the funny face he does before taking action to calm her down. Genius

I used to have a Rambo knife from the 80's. The blade was terrible Chinese steel, which was impossible to sharpen.

@Rosen_Ritter Yeah. These days it's better for the criminal bosses either to use a foreigner who's out of the country before the corpse is even found or some deadbeat drunkards and drug addicts who will do anything for a fix, and who have got no particular ties to anyone. Actual members of the mafia are better used when they refrain from killing and just threaten or beat up people.

Last time I checked, you can make a movie of your murder spree and still run free as long as you have enough money. Guess fable is broke.

@Redice that may only be true if your victim has no power. but if you were try kill someone with actual power there is no way money will fix it
