Uh, the title's translation is wrong. 三白眼ちゃんは伝えたい should be something like "The Girl with Sanpaku Eyes Wants to Communicate".

The original's volume 1 is the main story, volume 2 is retold from the guy's perspective, volume 3 is random/inbetween 4koma, volume 4 is extras, and this is a remake of the main story with higher production value.
It doesn't help that the translators upload chapters in a random order, so I understand your confusion.

Fucking awful, every chapter plays out the same way. Punchline is always the stupid "Ufff I am so flustered expression" and love story already ended in chapter 1 when both signaled they're lusting for each other.

This version cuts to the chase, and seems more like a manga rather than a first-person story (which was a bit TOO much of a novelty).

I’m looking forward to seeing how the author improves in his writing.
