In the end it should still be considered as rape. Kidnapping a woman and make her realise that if she goes back she will get a worse treatment while knowing perfectly well that she won't have a choice can't possibly be considered consent.

Also, the danger is there only if she goes back to her country, nobody forces to return there. She could've killed the guy and simple go somewhere else.
Granted, we don't know the details of that world so the only thing we can do is speculate.
Also, don't try to give a more nebulous definition to rape. That's why it has become easier to make false rape claims. That's not a good thing for actual rape victims.
