I can't wait to see what will happen to the "saint" and I'm still puzzled why this grown adult is scared to help people... she did that in her past life wtf is her issue now? She has the power to help more then ever....

@CrazyPotato My guess is that between the shady behavior from the spirit as well as her inexperience with her abilities, it makes sense that she's apprehensive from conducting an extremely experimental treatment on a little girl, because she can't tell what side effects can trigger from changing a disease or its components to anything else.

Imagine if she changes the disease's effect to healing, triggering an extremely fast growing form of cancer like in one of those revenge healer isekais that I can't recall the name of, where the MC healed an enemy so hard, his flesh kept regenerating out of control until the guy became a bloated flesh pile.

I dunno. Imagine if you only did that to people that were few minutes from dying. Would you consider it unethical then considering that it wouldn't really change anything in the first case?

And imagine if that skill also allowed you to take away illness. I could see parents willingly take their children illness because their own body would likely be able to deal with it and overcome it better than their child could.

It would be an incredible skill if that was possible.

OP Waifus has skill editing at its core (besides harem), but I dont recall anything about "blob of fresh". There is a cleaning skill to alter memories and another cleaning skill to sweep goblins.
