I feel like there's something here with a proof of concept but the author can't pace for shit. Days fly by typically in a single chapter so you don't get these long chapters of "will they or won't they" and you just suddenly see the end result.

It'd have been interesting to see her take the other girl away in the night and see the gradual dread buildup of if she's actually going to do this.
Maybe even get in her head as she's doing it. Maybe that's just me though and something I think would be nice.

Let's see how our MC is now not only plagued by guilt, because he 'killed' the bully (in his mind), but also because the girl he fell in love like 3 days ago(?) and had sex with got gutted and eviscerate by three different kinds of crazy? How will he cope with that and how predictable will the next game announcement be?

The author loaded chapter 15 and 19 with obvious foreshadowing. There's no way he intended this to come off as a surprise.

Welp that was savage but the author could have paced this a little better like actually showing us how Loli chan thought process is working right now, the way it was presented to us it was pretty much a murderer being commited and no fucks were given in the end.
