Actually even for a life and death situation this seems pretty uncharacteristic of high school kids. And it's pretty hard to believe the only alternative explanation for this phenomenon: namely that most are psycho-/sociopaths. Most characters are villainized in this manga for a purpose that I can only assume is shock value. As they say "writing is hard", seems this is doubly true for manga/LN authors. Not to mention that humans have very small bones both in the wrist and the feet.

Well most of us probably would do the same in their situation. But the fact that they don't even think about small bones from hands and such are laughable yeah.

2 fingers is all they need. not even 2 full fingers.

But lets see them all die because the author forgot humans have more bones than just the big ones.

this is not a great arc so far that's for sure. not that the previous ones were that amazing either.....but not like this
