I really appreciate your work on this manga. It has an interesting story and engaging characters. Its a fun read.
As far a release schedule is concerned, I think monthly is better for me. Short though frequent releases might seem better for retaining the story line, but I think the chopping up of the plot into little bits would detract from both the story and comprehension.
