@Goldenzeal They're in public and she's in disguise as a male, which he also knows whether with knowledge as "uncle" or lord Hell. Pronoun isn't much on its own. It was how he acted physically. She thinks Lord Hell is gay and all. So she would be thinking that this is him in disguise as "someone else" to catch her offguard due to him treating her like a man but also trying to cop a feel.
