That took so long to get to that kinda cliche development. I remember really not liking her character last year, but it's been so long I don't feel strongly at all anymore.

I guess this is over? It says completed and there's no new chapters on the Raw site unless I'm mistaken? I don't get the "congrats on the anime" in the last page though, is there a novel that's getting adapted or something?

the last two chapters dropped a bombshell development, yet I don't really think there was anything in prior chapters that really tie into the development... maybe just a product of the axe? not having time to flush out the idea?

It looked very decent, had interesting and charming characters and the story wasn't horrible. The plot actually looked as if it would lead to something. (Maybe it was a bit too much on the generic side, but so are most isekais or school romcoms.)

But it seems like the boobs of fmc weren't big enough of something and so it got axed. (The fmc not having to haul around another 3kg weight was a positive point.)

And total BS, that's absolutely awfully written, continues to chapter 29, when even the last brain dead reader had enough and stopped buying it, so he can spend his bucks on the next piece of shit. But they couldn't even wait until ch8 to gave the order to axe this within the next 2 chapters? It seems it was to intellectual for the target audience (or the editors).
