I didn't know in english, despite sharing the same father, you'll still call your siblings step siblings if they're born from another mother.

In my culture, they're still your siblings, step siblings are just siblings that does not have any blood relation with you (as in Sharon and the MC+Theodore)

@imtaciturn We don't call it that in English, step siblings are siblings related by marriage here too.
Doesn't matter which side they're born from, it's called half siblings if you share a blood relation with one parent (have a half brother & step siblings, know plenty of people with half siblings & step siblings). It's not all that weird to just call them your siblings anyway though, specifying only when you need to, since half sibling & step sibling are still siblings.

@Chuepomi ohh i forgot a term like half-sibling exist XD i thought you guys refer half-sibling as step siblings as the MC in this story refer to her younger brother as a step brother, but maybe it's the original language of the manhwa who refer to the younger brother as that.
