The twins that appeared in her dream work for Kuhn, so their master is obviously Kuhn. So I guess Sienna and Kuhn knew each other in her other life as well. They had some sort of a relationship before, and something happened between them for Sienna to refuse to see him. Sienna hasn't realized this yet. Also, Sienna finally realizes that her mum had some sort of relation to her half brother's death so she's trying to distance herself from her mother as much as possible.

A lot of other stuff has happened too but nothing "extremely" major (till what I've read up to at least) other than Sienna catching feelings, all the make out sessions between Sienna and Kuhn and Kuhn getting horny (Kuhn is a thirsty boi in the novel lol) which is expected from the author. Most of that is probably going to get cut out in the manhwa though.

Those are definitely the aides of her main squeeze- the ML rn. And I guess in that timeline she just accepted whatever prince consort the red queen picked for her and didn’t actually fk with them. The MC and ML are probably still enamored with each other on the dL in any timeline lol. Also, her tea just now in that vision was definitely ruffied to the moon and back.
