The Hero Suddenly Proposed to Me, but… - Ch. 12.2

Fixed the error in the previous upload.

The person who originally uploaded it on Batoto and here missed some pages. I think it might be because they wanted to delete the credits and preview pages but accidentally deleted the manga pages, too. I only noticed because someone said "it ends in the middle of a sentence" which is not true. So I checked and saw that the upload here was incomplete.

I was hoping some new chapter would finally come out. T.T
I really hoped we saw how much I like this manga, but I know very well that it's not the fault of the team that translates it.
I thank you for putting the complete chapter of all your pages. :)

Keep it up... Compared to some other mangas in this genre... This sticks out more.

I read all of this to catch up since it seemed to have come before the otome wave...but man this is not good. A story about a woman being gaslighted and pressured by everyone around her to marry someone because they're sociopaths and could destroy the world if she doesn't. Thats horror. I'm rooting for the demons.

That final page is harsh lmao
Reminds me of the comic where everyone could see each other's orgasm counts.

Also
"Mushroom Lvl 1"
That poor soul. At least you can lose the Virgin status.

@TheStuffedUnicorn It seems like you have missed the other 1001 historical series where a man and woman are being forced to marry, like a political marriage, and also the whole history of mankind where two people randomly meeting, falling in love, and deciding to marry on their own was more or less the the stuff of fairy tales before the modern age. Aria never had any say in her own marriage in the first place. She's a daughter of nobility and her future partner was 100% up to her parents. Getting to marry a young, handsome man who loves her and has a highly respected position is like winning the lottery. Chances are she would have normally married some older man who would already has a mistress or two on the side.

@TheStuffedUnicorn Oh, right, how could I have missed Greed driving his BMW and Aria checking Facebook on her smartphone every chapter. Definitely not historical.

Holy hell been so long, I still been keeping up with the novel being translated by Manic Josei.

@AbyssalMonkey You know what else is fantasy? Star Wars. It has as much magic as this series if not more. Yet it's often called science fiction by people who are the reason why fantasy and science fiction tags are practically useless.

Well, I admit I could have written my post better so that you'd have understood the gist of it, which wasn't tag defitions, btw, but the fact that anything set in what is obviously the past from our point of view won't have by default our values, laws, and customs in place. Just because this story is sword and sorcery shouldn't mean everything else is unpredictable as well. In fact we already know it's up to the parents in this very series' world as well, just like it was in real history, so this is indeed historical in that relevant aspect, which was the point of my original post, in response to TheStuffedUnicorn's post, where Aria's sad fate in romance was lamented.

Wow! It's has been an year since this was updated. I completely forgot that this series existed and had to re:read it.

Usually, when there's no action nor drama, there would be slice of life part where they can develop their relationship (or at least their feeling). But, there's none of that. Even in the LN.

The story split into the maid side and the hero side. The maid side focus on running away from the hero or how the future with him would be disaster. And The hero side focus on how great he is and how he finally found his love (without actually communicating it with the person herself). Their story is pretty disconnected.

The last page preview is Bokura no Meikyu
