Related, it’s funny that it’s around a 50/50 split on people that were getting frustrated with the MC being clueless and people for whom that was half of the manga’s appeal.

What the "i fucked my house in another world" team is doing is great: they hold off on uploading entire chapters because each chapter is short and unsatisfying.
But I get why teams upload in drip feeds like this. The psychological effect of it keeps the readers from forgetting about the series, keeping them hooked. Sadly that's prioritizing clicks over quality, but hey, if that's what it takes for this garbage to keep being translated then whatever

For a second I had doubts that the misunderstanding would actually be solved and that for comedic relief it would turn into the mc denying the spider somehow. But the series doesn’t have a comedy tag so I think we can actually believe the misunderstanding will be cleared up, hell yes.
