I always appropriate when authors model things realistically, even when they don't have to (like in this series).
The muzzle velocity of that gun, assuming MC is standing a meter away, is 333 m/s, which is pretty close to what real handguns fire at. The little things, the little things...

-The increase of Gacha's currency caused by Jpn's increase in tax
-failing to roll Neneka
-Index Season III QUALITY
etc.

Of course with his ability he can just knock the pervert off with a flick, but then everyone will just make another complain that it's "BORING" FFS.
