Everything is so exaggerated it sucks the fun out of an "OP hero vs arrogant fool" cliche.

@Arcverson: It's not meant to invoke that in the readers, I meant what the guy himself is probably thinking in letting the fox do all these.
Given the story so far, it's rather obvious he is going to win this handily, it's just how much misunderstanding on either side is involved.
Whether this is too long or not funny is frankly up to each person's own taste, some people are fine with certain jokes, some aren't.

But I find it ironic that some people bring up Saitama, when Saitama's desire to fight strong foe will likely also result in him waiting for the enemy to do its full power up instead of instantly finishing it.
Like the fight on the spaceship.
(Obviously only apply to the ones he think is strong enough to do this + haven't pissed Saitama off in some other way like Sea King)

Power gap between worlds is demonstrated here pretty well. MC thought the fox was the real deal considering the other world.
