The Hero Who Returned Remains the Strongest in the Modern World

Its not like they really annoyed him too much, they were just like flies for him. He just didnt kill them because of morals and them being somewhat nostalgic. So hes pretty much looking down on them being retarded and weak. That has nothing to do with being a pussy i guess.
 
mhh horrible start... seriously what kind of disgusting human beeing is he o_O well he changes this pretty soon but still the disgusting aftertaste doesnt vanish so fast^^
 
Could someone explain what is up lately with all kinds of manga doing these 1.2, 1.3, ect type chapters? Why are so many releasing in parts like this now? It feels like half my reading roster suddenly started doing this and all the new stuff is as well.
