@XxCrystalxX imagine having a gun as a child and accidentally shooting a family member, you can learn to handle that gun and protect your family with it, but you've already hurt your family with it and they already know how to properly use it so why would you want to even have a chance of hurting them like that again, also it would be traumatic with that event and so the gun would be a traumatic object
