I don’t know, if it’s a fault in the drawing or what, but it seemed like she kissed her mother on the lips(which didn’t feel right). And on top of that rejected her offer to live with her forever

@ArpanaR Well, I don’t think it’s that odd for a child to kiss their parent on the lips (if that is what is happening). I personally don’t and didn’t do it, but some people do. And she is a young child after all.

I kind of took Finnea’s mother’s request as a joke since no parent should seriously ask that. And marriage is the most common way to leave her household. Of course, Finnea also said that because she wanted to date/have a relationship.

I also can't wait for the evil grandmother to go away so the kids can be happy. Its kind of sad the mother warned her against marrying a solider, her and the father look so happy together but there must be some sad backstory or war type situation we've yet to see
