I love that spread page with her smiling. Beautiful. I love this manga more than I thought I'd be.
That sudden turn at the end though...scary nobles' smiles! The mangaka has always been so great at drawing expressions and emotions, but man it's so scary here. Dance to the death?! Nobles' parties are so terrifying!

Are they really gonna force her to dance to death? What about the bystanders who knew the truth but initially kept silent? That surreal situation where an accusation with meh proof leads to people condemning the mc [insane faces intensify]? I can smell multiple layers of insanity, hypocrisy and fear, this will be a good ride. What a fucked up society Bunch of fucked up nobles, n o i c e. -> Looks promising so far.
