She has a crush on the girl, who doesn't like him and her lookalike putting moves on him, making him even more conscious of her, it's probably why the author gave them so different personalities.

Might happen she seems surprisingly open about the idea every time she is helping her friends from the industry. Azusa staring in lesbian AVs, better yet, starring together with Erina and the MC's lookalike.
