Just imagine all of this ingredients getting cooked on low heat, adding some wood and it all turns into a brown sludge. Looks like cooking with coca cola in its undiluted form.

@mahtan It's because in japanese and chinese fantasy comics' setup it's easier to make up recipes and cooking based on nothing rather than to come up with decent plot.
