The King's Avatar

If anyone is wondering about the rest, Ainushi has (as of April 21,2019) released up to ch63 pt.3.
You can read them through the link below this comment (@ Sleepybunny's ainushi link.)

As it says on their credit page, they do not want it to be rehosted anywhere else, so it wasn't continued here.

Apparently, this series is popular enough that GSC will release the main chara nendo figure on the upcoming Wonder Festival 2019 Shanghai

Oh hey, this existed. It was pretty cool when I read it an now there are finally new chapters, let’s get to it

@darth_Noox @jansenlee78
If you visit the translator site, and search for the series' name, you'll find that the chapters aren't as new as you think. -- They were already released around July, and there hasn't been a release since; this would mean that the series is effectively dropped, as it's been around 4 months since. (Translator usually consider 3 months with no releases as dropped.)

@SilverbladeUY
Yeah, there was talk about it a bit ago; I think it was some reality action? Not sure how good it'll be if that's the case.

@wireath
well that's sad.
how far are the raws and does the tv series go further in story? Or would you have to read the light novel at this point?

So I just noticed that this has an anime and live action adaptation... should I watch them instead of reading this manhua? Currently on chap 47, how much does either cover?

Aw man I thought the official English had 6 more chapters but it turns out they're counting the chapters one by one, not in threes like here. So basically official English will take about 122 more weeks to catch up. Not only that, there's a disgustingly big and dark watermark at the bottom right which is annoying to see. I feel like official's translations is more stiff as well.

Oh well, see you guys in a year!

Or the live action...

I watched the entire live action series on netflix and it was very good. I recommend watching it all as it has some solid closure. I assume the animation will have better fighting scenes and season 2 should be coming out this year so I'll be watching that soon as well.

Anyone here read the original novel? Can you spoil me on Ye Xiu's main team a year later?

Q1.png

I'm not sure if this pic is from the original author or fan-made. But, it's obvious that Ye Xiu, Su Mucheng, Steam Bun Invasion, and Tang Rou are in the main team. My question is who are the two veteran(?) looking guys on the left-most and right-most side and the newbie that got strangled by Steam Bun in the middle?

Apparently manhua is only available on mangatoon app. No websites have it and the app seems to have translations up to recent times.

Man, I don't think I'll ever get used to these names... So hard to remember who's who.
