I guess because fl thinks her sister is evil and wants to harm her but now she is all fake concerned and everything?
It could be some korean expression to describe that?

I think it refers to how fake the bond between the MC and the sister is. Although she seems to have been caring for the MC, she has actually been behind the maids' schemes all along making her concern and their sisterhood fake or 'plastic'

@Kaptainko if it goes like many of these, the author's need for the father to be cruel is over, so now he is going to be a doting father. Why she was so neglected in the first place and why he allowed it will never be analyzed, since that part of the plot is now over.

@Kaptainko I think @Aurantix 's comment explains it all... I've learned not to expect too much from manhua's in terms of storytelling or character building.

Chinese Manhua almost always amaze me by how it’s hard to keep up with sudden events that keep popping up disregarding any attempts to focus on the story’s flow. It’s choppy and I don’t get why most manhuas are like this - I also don’t know why I still get pissed about it at this point...

I always feel like Manhua have everything happening, besides the plot, which is happening somewhere else, and then occasionally suddenly shows up making characters change personality overnight. Or everything is happening, but nothing ever changes...

Found this today but its odd to me how bipolar her father seems. Idk if its just poor writing on the authors part or what. Also pacing is whack but I'm a sucker for these types of stories.

Edit: after reading comments I realised this is of Chinese origin. Everything makes sense now kek.

I’m getting vibes that this pacing of storyline feels very much like the ‘genius princess becomes the empress’... and that worries me a lot (if you read that one to the end you know exactly what I mean)

They are not loving, the thing here is what happened to our MC is an insult for imperial family. They won't be loving family if they don't try to recognize our MC.
I THINK, just my thoughts...
Big sister of our MC (yes I totally forgot MC's name lol) is trying to getting out of this matter with lovely acts.
Father, is just thinking about honor of imperial family, not his little daughter.
Big brother is the same I think.
But what if somethings are different from our MC's knowledge about her past? I mean... she doesn't know what happened where she wasn't, right?
There are two possibilities.
1. They started to act that way just because they have to.
2. There are some other events which we don't know/ MC didn't see her previous life.
