The Labyrinth Raids of the Ultimate Tank ~The Tank Possessing a Rare 9,999 Endurance Skill Was Expelled from the Hero Party~ - Vol. 1 Ch. 5.3

@Qelix @flannan
I agree with your points. She is bounded to church and the next hero they will find for her. Her being duke's daughter only adds weight to such a decision. This is a rare occasion I get the MC's inaction. It's rare that this is being portrayed in novels, because it's usually dense MC which is dense for the sake of denseness, without any normal reason. So far she is not worthy of the huge risk of being 'erased' as the MC called it.
Do we know she has without doubt feelings for MC? To such an extent? Friend, lover, first infatuation, someone to tease? She patiently waited for Hero to fail, but didn't actively help MC. She will be there, having a fun time for a month, but in the end, she would still have bound to the church and next chosen hero. She cames with too many things attached to take such action lightly. Problem is that she doesn't act aware of such things, which is the worst behavior.

She was, but think about it a bit more, she only talked about it but did nothing with the hero. Now think about church and her father, that's some heavyweight looming behind her back. I don't think it's wise for him to start a romantic relationship with her, or he might end up dead if he mishandles the situation. Unless she is totally sure and back that decision, going against a church and the duke, this would end up in failure when she drops out from this out of fear or obligations.

Yeah, I'm kinda feeling meh to continue reading. This will probably lead to being wolf waifu or pet doggo. I really want to be wrong on this and actually have a normal monster without BS backstory of how he got there right on time to test MC skills in real battle.

She stood up for him when the others did just stood there and watched. There is a difference between doing what she is able to, and knowingly fighting a lost cause. There is also a difference between doing nothing and maneuvering within the underlying politics. She did what she could until it was a lost cause, the problem is the "hero" was in charge of the party and not listening because he had ulterior motives, she actually had no say in the party members, and would need a reason to give the church to leave the party.

She is basically planning from the expulsion in ch 1 how to leave the party and not get herself in trouble, other then the 2 replacements everyone else was locked into serving in the party by a means that they could not just leave. So she needs EVIDENCE in order to be able to leave.

Sounds like Saint Nin is part of the church,the church has a deal with the countries government to loan out a Saint to the designated hero party.
