That was not in there, however i didn't read the entire thing, the biggest obstacle is the duke's curse isn't cured yet, and only the MC can treat it, again as far as i know, no word on the sister becoming infatuated with the duke, nor do i remember the FL having a miscarriage (they may be getting their manhwa mixed up, as that sounds like a plot point of a couple other manhwa i've read).
