The Lady and the Beast - Ch. 40

He's actually going along with his strange fetish for women with swords if it will help him love her!

There is no such thing as a single edged sword. One edge is a saber, two edges is a sword. Never mind how you can only find double edged blades every time you look at a guard or knight or ornamental weapons, she herself called it a sword so it wasn't a gamble at all, just a check to see if he had a workable brain (which he doesn't have).

That is the sword she smacked him with when they first met, right? Wolf memories are subconsciously passing over.

Can't tell if the Duke has PTSD from her swinging her sword at him when he was a dog or if the Duke is reacting because he is the reincarnation of Theodore.

Disclaimer: These are not spoilers. It's just random guesses. Hehe. Thank you 2k19 for the translation!

Lmao even after turning back to his human form he still feels the chills and trauma from her beating his ass with his sword 😂 guess he’s slowly turning into a masochist

"Who the hell are you? What did you to to my lady?" *gets bonked by the Duchess who just so happens to walk in*

@flyingpantsu They're all called swords, just different types of swords. I've heard people use sabre, rapier, falchion, katana, nodachi, etc to address the specific sword, but everyone agreed that it is, in fact, a sword. How do you even describe a sabre? a single edge sword, wouldn't you? otherwise, if every blade with only one edge is a sabre, then the fillet knife in my kitchen would be a sabre.
