While I am 100% for living a healthier lifestyle for weight loss.... six months to lose what looks to be a LOT of weight for her to become as skinny as the cover illustration means you're bound to have loose, baggy skin and I doubt that's her goal either xD Gradual weight loss is better, even if it's a struggle.
