It is completely available on webtoon but you need daily passes to read them , so u can read it for free , but it's one chapter a day kinda thing.

i know it's kinda annoying only to be able to read 1 chapter a day on webtoon (for this manhwa), but please support the official release!! they're providing a completely free reading experience for us (unlike other official manhwa sites...)
