I'm confused, the flowerpot had the dragon's princess in it, but how did the old woman get it?

I actually think the princess was just there by coincidence, the river was blocked off by a dam to prevent flooding and the dragon wasnt able to come get her since it was built, and the lunchbox lady said the river flooded again last year, probably due to the dragon looking for his princess. It was nice of the princess to save the kitten.

The flower pot had a cut off hand hidden in it from when the old woman murdered the daughter in law. I don't think the 2 had anything to do with each other, they just happened to be there at the same time.

@kuroemon2706 no problem! some of these chapters really confused me and I had to go back and re-read them a few times. The author could probably do a bit of a better job with some explanations or story telling lol
