Is the author naming his groceries? Because that Taisuke we got there in the last panel looks like lunch or dinner.

The last page looks like the Japanese printmaking method called gyotaku where you use the fish to make a print. Seeing an artist do this in real life was bizarre at first, but the resulting print was really detailed and incredibly cool to see.
