I don't think so. Whether or not she goes up to the surface to eat these fish that she knew, they're being mass fished anyway, and it's come up multiple times that fish do eat each other. (I'd have a somewhat different opinion if she'd taken that glasses dude up on his offer to teach her how to fish. Somehow, I feel like that would be crossing a line.)

If anything, her adventures on the surface are making her a better person. Well, except for occasionally thinking about how delicious the other fish would be, which is nothing more than Tuna and presumably Changler did.
