@Sum yeah, the mackarel recipe is easy and simply delish.
i once tried it

@Sem I haven't tried them, but they're legit recipes.
I can't say if this is the right way to prepare a mullet, but for other fish I'd recommend letting them rest for an hour or two after salting and peppering, and also be careful to not burn the garlic.
