@DjAlexDubCheck I know of a webcomic where the "cute wanna protect" character has started to become a hot warrior matriarch. I'd be lying if I said it was one of the best things I ever read and all, but I do really like that character development direction.

It's the Moonless Age story over on Drowtales if that sounds of interest to anyone. There's other stuff on there too, but Moonless Age was the main one and free to read while some of the other stuff are the paid content that keep the site afloat iirc?
