Leslie just can't get rid of the Sperado pests for good, can't she? Eli must have more guts than she has brains to even attempt to confront her this time around. For all she knows, Leslie might already have some private guards who'd be less than charitable in taking care of unsavory folk like her.

@Tersione sadly she is still a noble, unless she actually attacks Leslie, the guard cannot do much besides helping Leslie get away.

@shiirosagi, her biological father is building a "gazeebo" on his grounds. And when we take into account on how he has gone cray cray, it is probably a torture chamber of sorts and NOT a gazeebo. they are also no doubt plotting to kidnap her, so you are fairly close actually.

@Darkion The Sperados are pretty much publicly disgraced nobles, so they just might have an excuse to be a bit more physical than what would normally be allowed. In any case, they only really need to be a physical barrier between her and Leslie, which Pelon was supposed to do. God damn it, Pelon.
